Return & Shop Policy – Luna Beauty Luxe

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Many of our items are preloved, one-of-a-kind, or final sale. We take great care to inspect, describe, and photograph each item thoroughly before listing.

To ensure accuracy and transparency, we record a video of each order during the packaging process and archive the footage prior to shipping. This protects both the buyer and our shop in the event of any discrepancies.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lunabeautyluxe.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and may offer a resolution at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items Include (but are not limited to):

  • All preloved and one-of-a-kind items
  • Beauty products, personal care items, and cosmetics
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Any item that has been used or altered after delivery

Please Note: Items sent back to us without prior written approval will not be accepted or refunded.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period (For EU Customers Only)

If your order is being shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll need to provide your order receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: This does not apply to beauty or personal care products.
