Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your package leaves our hands and is scanned by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Packaging & Handling

We take the utmost care in preparing your order. Every item is thoroughly inspected and video recorded during the packing process to ensure authenticity, condition, and accuracy.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Luna Beauty Luxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked “delivered” by the carrier. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or delivery service.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping charges. We are not liable for delays due to customs processing.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.
